Josh Legg, better known as Goldroom, is an American electronic artist whose tropical-melodic tunes are best enjoyed blasted in an outdoor venue as the sun sets. Lucky for me, that’s exactly how I got to see him perform at Electric Forest in Rothbury, MI.

Goldroom is unique for multiple reasons; one standout being fact that Legg is able to produce his tracks and DJ as a one-man show and then turn around a perform his beachy house tracks with a live band. I was able to catch Goldroom’s Live set and his DJ set during Electric Forest, which was a huge treat. I was able to sit down with Legg before his performance for a quick interview.

The uber-talented artist is extremely good natured and down to earth and it was a pleasure racking his brain for a bit. Enjoy the video footage I was able to snag.
