We hate to always be the bearer of bad news, but Apple will be getting rid of Beats Music on November 30, according to a document published Thursday.

All Beats subscriptions will be canceled on that day. Apple is still encouraging their customers to subscribe to Apple Music, their music streaming program that was released in June and included Beats 1, a 24/7 global radio.

There is still no exact reason on why Apple is discounting Beats Music, especially since Apple acquired Beats for $3 billion dollars in 2014 and less than six months after the release of Apple Music to all iPhones and iPads.

Currently 6.5 million people have signed up as paying subscribers for Apple Music with another 8.5 million people participating in the free 90-day trial.

Apple has yet to comment nor release a comment on the cancellation of Beats Music.
