Forbes Magazine released the 2016 list of “Electronic Cash Kings.” DJ Calvin Harris took the number one spot, again, for the fourth year in a row with a staggering $63 million. However, it was a $3 million decrease just from last year. Holland’s Tiësto took second with $38 million in earnings. Coming in third was none other than David Guetta with $28 million in income.

Skrillex, Diplo, and Kaskade all came in lower on the list, despite a huge amount of fan support. The duo voted as “best DJ” by DJ Mag, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, came in last.

Though the income that these DJ’s have made is quite impressive, it seems to be losing stream; a preface to the EDM industry as a whole. Calvin Harris took a $3 million loss in earnings while the top 10 as a whole netted 1% less in income than the year prior. A decrease like this hasn’t been seen since 2012.
