Last week Toronto based electronic music duo, Zeds Dead, dropped a single that we can’t stop talking about. Dylan Mamid and Zachary Rapp-Rovan collaborated with the talented Jadakiss and Styles P on their newest track “DNA”, which was released on HNHH Premiere. Zeds Dead has been known for their heavy-hitting rap style infused with trap beats and synths.
“DNA” comes just a few days before the Canadian duo’s anticipated album release for Northern Lights, which is promised to come Friday, October 14th. “DNA” combines our favorite qualities from the duo including aggressive lyrics and a dirty bass feel. Jadakiss and Style P feel right at home on this one.
Zeds Dead grew up worshipping The LOX (East Coast rap group and legends: Sheek Louch, Jadakiss, and Styles P) so this collab has to be something of a dream for Mamid and Rapp-Rovan.
Check out the track now, and watch out for Northern Lights coming out this Friday, October 14th, or catch it live along their Northern Lights tour. Tickets for tour and album pre-sale are here.
