Ray Volpe blew fans away last year with the Bipolar EP, but he’s back again with a brand new release.

Having shown his vocal talents via recent tunes, such as Overflow, “Bermuda” is a solid reminder of his hard dubstep roots. I might be biased since I know just how talented and hardworking he is, but I genuinely believe that Ray is one of the most promising producers in this next generation of artists; I think the rest of the SLVYVLL team, which is also home to Getter and Borgore, would agree with me.

In advance of his highly anticipated GTA remix, Ray has dropped a new original to keep fans satisfied. With a deceptively light intro, “Bermuda” quickly builds up towards a lengthy and vocal-less drop introduced by subtle vocal chops (obviously). The track as a whole demonstrates his insane sound design and effortless creativity. To be 100% honest, I’m not necessarily a fan of dubstep, but Ray’s tracks are always diverse enough that they stand out from the rest of the (in my opinion) monotonous genre.

“Bermuda” has the perfect mix of light and dark elements and just gives the world another reason to look past Ray Volpe’s Subway addiction for what he really is: a stupidly talented producer.
