This year’s 105.9 Powerhouse Festival was definitely something to remember. The festival took place at the San Manuel Amphitheatre, which is now called the Glen Helen Amphitheater, and concertgoers had no clue what they were in for.
At the top of a beautiful hill surrounded by the San Bernardino mountains, the fog in the air and icy cold weather made this event even more memorable. Aside from the unbeatable beauty, the rain that covered Powerhouse did nothing but put attendees’ devotion to the test–there was no way anyone could leave a festival with one of the best lineups of 2017.
Aside from incredible rappers making up for the rain, the food trucks, authentic Mexican food, ferris wheel, and amazing cocktail booths every 15 steps helped every step of the way.
The vibes that artists like Post Malone, Lil Wayne, Big Sean, and Jeremih brought to the stage were next-level. Each artist on the lineup made a point to throw it back to their classics that their audiences know and love. It’s a mystery how Powerhouse will be able to beat this lineup next year. Can’t wait!
