Talented 18-year-old producer Ethan Snoreck, who goes by Whethan, first made a name for himself as a SoundCloud producer, remixing track for Louis The Child “It’s Strange,” Zayn Malik’s “Pillow Talk” and Ty Dolla $ign’s “Blase” featuring Future & Rae Sremmurd.
Whethan released a groundbreaking original cut, “Savage” featuring Flux Pavillion and Max, which generated over 25 million streams worldwide. He recently released a single, “Love Gang,” with Charli XCX, which was the next chapter in his ground-breaking discography.
Now, the Chicago-based producer is back with another single, “Good Nights,” featuring amazing vocals from up-and-coming Mascolo. It’s the perfect summer track, which gives off a John Mayer/Jack Johnson vibe infused with Whethan’s signature distinct electronic sound.
Whethan has been lucky enough to open for the Chainsmokers during their U.S. arena tour “Memories Do Not Open,” and performed at Coachella, Lollapalooza, HARD Music Festival, and Electric Forest.
With such a quick rise to success, Whethan has already gained attention from the likes of Skrillex and Flux Pavillion, and continues to see a rise of a loyal fan-base.
In honor of his latest single, Whethan announced his 2017 North American Good Nights Tour, which will kick off in his new residence, Los Angeles on September14 at El Rey. He will be performing in cities all over such as Portland, Vancouver, Las Vegas, Nashville, New Orleans, Orlando, New York, Toronto, and will wrap up in his hometown Chicago.
Supporting acts on select dates include Bearson, SAINT WKND, Opia and Ashe.
Advanced tickets will be available to Soundcloud subscribers on June 28 at 10 a.m. local time, alongside the general on-sale tickets on June 29 by logging into http://whethan.com/goodnights.
