Portland-based DJ/producer and experimental bass music pioneer EPROM has just released his highly anticipated Pineapple EP, along with an official remix by G Jones.

Following up a string of releases, including two studio albums and over six EPs and singles, EPROM continues to stun fans with the release of Pineapple. His cutting-edge and analog-heavy sound has received high acclaim from artists like Flume, Aphex Twin, Bassnectar, and more, continuing to make the EPROM sound more in-demand than ever.

Title track “Pineapple” is a distorted journey of sound through wicked sub-bass and wonky sound design. Eerie melodies take over in “B.F.G,” a track EPROM fans have been praising ever since its early release last month. Stand-out track “Zweihander” focuses on hip-hop influenced rhythms and time-honored trap sounds while “Koummya” goes on to continue the destruction. Finally, the EP ends on an extremely dirty note with the official G Jones remix of “Pineapple,” bringing the compilation full circle.

Fans will be able to enjoy the EP in a live setting at a number of EPROM tour dates this summer, including Electric Forest tonight, June 30th. He will also be joining Zeds Dead on their newly announced tour and at Lollapalooza’s sold-out after party alongside G Jones.
