REZZ has grown to be one of the most popular bass/techno DJs in the electronic music scene, and at just such a young age, she’s already accomplished a lot.

The 22-year-old DJ started producing in 2013 and quickly boomed into one of the hottest female producers in the EDM scene. One of her biggest influences is deadmau5, who eventually signed her after discovering her online. She also finds inspiration from Gesaffelstein, Alesia, Amon Tobin, Eskmo, Bassnectar, Pretty Lights and many more.

After releasing her singles “Relax,” “Diluted Brains,” and “Premonition” earlier this month, REZZ, who is also known as ‘space mom’ to her fans, is back with another single, “Drugs,” with enigmatic producer 13. The new track stems from her highly anticipated debut album Mass Manipulation, which is due for release on August 4 via mau5trap.

“Drugs” is the fourth and final teaser for her debut album, where she uses flourishes of exotic melody to construct a strand of musical fibre that weaves throughout each of the tracks, giving the album a sense of purpose and direction. The psychedelic, dub-influenced track features epic synths, hypnotic melody and mind-altering bass beats, giving it a progressive approach to electronic music.

With exclusive merchandise to pair with this particular release and a colossal worldwide tour in the books, it’s looking like 2017 is quickly shaping up to be a big year for the Canadian prodigy.

REZZ recently announced a major world tour called “Mass Manipulation,” which will hit cities such as Toronto, Montreal, Baltimore, New York, El Paso, Mumbai, Tokyo, Hong Kong, New Orleans, Philadelphia, Grand Rapids, Chicago, Las Vegas, Seattle, and many more.
