It looks like Justin Timberlake is getting another chance at the Super Bowl Halftime Show. The “Sexy Back” singer was recently announced as the Pepsi Super Bowl LII halftime show in Minneapolis on February 4th.

This will be the former ‘NSYNC member’s third time performing at the Super Bowl, and will be 14 years after the infamous wardrobe malfunction, revealing part of Janet Jackson’s breast in 2004. After the incident, Timberlake and Jackson were apparently banned from performing at the Super Bowl Halftime Show, but now that seems to have been lifted.

Rumors have been rounding that Jay-Z turned down the idea of performing at the halftime show, but some speculate that he may make a brief appearance to perform his collaboration with Timberlake, “Magna Carta Holy Grail.”

Timberlake went to Twitter to confirm that news of his big performance, tweeting, “I DO have the time, Half the time…”

While many fans are hoping to see a ‘NSYNC reunion, we’ll at least hopefully get to hear some new JT tunes.
