After revealing their first collaboration, “Without You,” earlier this year, SLANDER and Kayzo return with the second half of their Dilapidation Celebration EP on Monstercat. The new release, titled “Holy,” is the perfect follow-up to their previous track, which featured a much softer sound.
Offering punk-worthy vocals, stabbing horns and an energetic hardstyle-influenced tempo, “Holy” unleashes into an unbelievable drop worthy of destroying any festival main stage. With an unexpected transition into booming 808s and trap drums, the track turns out to be worthy of any listener’s taste.
SLANDER has stepped their game up this year with numerous successful productions, including “Superhuman” featuring Eric Leva, “We Out” with Danish producer Stoltenhoff, “One Life” on Spinnin’ Records and their recent remix of Major Lazer’s “Know No Better.” Their ability to deliver perfection on originals, remixes and collaborations continues to remain a trademark of the SLANDER name.
Los Angeles-based producer Hayden Capuozzo, better known as Kayzo, has become well-known for breaking the rules of dance music and pushing the boundaries of what is expected. His hard-hitting sound has resulted in a global fanbase that sees him at major music festivals like Parookaville in Germany, SoCal’s HARD Summer, Washington’s Paradiso, and Something Wonderful in Texas.
