Every year, Halloween brings something to look forward to; scary movies, piles of candy, costumes, and of course, RL Grime’s annual Halloween mix.

For the past six years straight, the trap legend has crafted hour-long mixes full of nothing but fire trap and hip-hop. Today, the producer teased his 7th installment, posting a creepy, cryptic 40-second trailer promo. The video features audio of a 911-call made by a man who apparently is witnessing UFO lights in the sky over Los Angeles, played over shots of four dancing lights in the sky over the highway, merging into one and revealing the number “7.”

Previous mixes have featured the likes of Pharrell, Tony Hawk, and Hannibal Buress as special guests, so one can only guess who RL has managed to pull in for this year’s intro. One thing we know for sure is that it will be filled with dark trap beats and hopefully some new IDs from the DJ.
