Swoon-worthy composer Crywolf delivered an experimental electronic air “DRIP” and revealed widow [OBLIVIØN Pt. I], a 16-track long-playing record, due March 22 on Okami Records. Crywolf’s Justin Phillips reared “DRIP” as well as his upcoming LP in the Chilean Patagonian Rainforest while untangling his quarter-life crisis. Heavy breathing and a floor tom’s crisp, punchy percussion caress Crywolf’s hypersonic word vomit for the duration of “DRIP”; I’m aroused but not in a good way.

“And when I bite down I don’t stop until my teeth are touching/I don’t stop until they meet/And when I’m hungry I don’t rest until my fangs are bloody/I can’t rest until I eat,” imparted Phillips.
